How does your process work?
Our diverse fleet of drones allows us to accomplish any task, big or small. We provide clients with safe and professional drone operations.
Do you do ground videography also?
Yes! We have a strong network of traditional videographers in all corners of the country whom we typically subcontract for this work. This allows for a quicker shoot, turnaround time, and increases overall product quality.
What happens if I have a revision?
No problem! We limit our free revisions to 1 per project with small fees for additional revisions thereafter. We provide specific shot lists prior to shooting, and a client checklists alongside the deliverable to ensure the process is as streamlined as possible for everyone.
What if I have my own drone?
Study up! In 2023 remote identification laws are enabling the policing of unregistered drones and uncertified operators. Eye Candy Aerials operates under Part 107 commercial UAS certification legally enabling us to do what we do within a commercial context.
Where do you service?
Being commercially certified through the Federal Aviation Administration, this allows ECA to operate commercially anywhere in the USA.
How do you deliver your final video?
You'll receive a download link to Vimeo, a video sharing platform that allows for easy embedding to websites. Branded Final Video, Raw Stabilized Clips, and any other project files can delivered via your cloud service of choice!
